Reseal your package
Reseal the original package with the items you’re returning inside.

Print & apply return label
Print the return label, and cover the original shipping label on the resealed package with it.

Ship your return package
Bring your package to the courier indicated on the return label and send off your return package.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your product. If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a free replacement, sent to you at no additional cost.
Product returns of intact, non-damaged goods are eligible for a refund within 30 days. Note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Our current return delivery fees for non-damaged goods within Canada are $10.00.
In order to return a non-damaged item, you must ensure that your product meets the following criteria:
- It was purchased from canylatowels.com
- It was purchased less than 30 days ago
- It is in a new and unused condition
Note that return labels are only available for a return from Canada.
